CSV export, the weekly performance email and alerts
What the files contain, who receives the emails, and how to stop them.
- Analytics › Export CSV (Pro): two files for the selected period, one row per offer (impressions, add-to-carts, rate, orders, revenue, discount) and one row per day (orders and revenue with and without bundles). Opens in Excel, Numbers and Google Sheets.
- Weekly email (Pro): Settings › General › Reports › switch on and enter the recipient. Every Monday you receive bundle revenue and orders versus the previous week, widget conversion, discount given, AOV uplift, the top five offers, and the CSV attached. “Send a test report now” sends the current 7-day report immediately.
- Only stores that switched the report on receive it; switch it off any time in the same place.
Alerts (all plans)
Settings › General › Alerts. Three short emails, each with a button into the admin: an A/B test picked a winner (variant, probability, loser paused), an offer reached its order limit and paused itself, and a sync with Shopify failed (with Shopify's message). They go to the report address when set, else to the email for outage and billing notices, in the admin language. The sync alert is sent once per failure streak, not on every retry.
