Plans and billing: no per-order fees

Free, Growth and Pro, what each includes, trials, upgrades and downgrades.

  • Free: 3 active offers, all offer types and templates, no limit on orders or revenue.
  • Growth (14.99 USD/month): unlimited offers, cart upsell bar, free-shipping goal, product badges, countdown and order limits.
  • Pro (29.99 USD/month): everything in Growth plus A/B tests with automatic winner, profit tracking and holdout group, CSV export, weekly email, priority support.

Never capped by your revenue or order count: every plan, Free included, handles unlimited orders. Plans differ only in how many offers run at the same time and in features.

Billing runs through Shopify: the charge appears on your Shopify invoice, Growth and Pro start with a 14-day free trial (once per store), and you can change plans any time under Settings › Plan & billing. Upgrades and switches between Growth and Pro apply immediately. Cancelling or downgrading a paid plan also takes effect immediately, and Shopify credits the unused part of the billing period. There is never a percentage of your sales.

Development and partner stores get every feature unlocked for testing; charges there are test charges and never billed.

Going over a plan limit

The only plan limit is the number of active offers. When a store has more active offers than its plan allows (for example after a downgrade to Free), you get a 7-day grace period: a banner in the app and an email tell you. After 7 days, MixMaxer pauses the lowest-priority offers beyond the limit; they resume automatically after an upgrade. Orders and revenue are never limited.

What you see before building an offer

The first step of the offer wizard shows what your plan includes and what the next plan adds, and warns when the active-offer limit is already reached, so you never discover a limit after configuring an offer. You can always build and save a draft; only publishing is gated. Development stores get every paid feature.

Common problems

I have more active offers than my plan allows.

You have 7 days of grace (banner and email); after that the lowest-priority offers beyond the limit pause. Upgrade (immediate, paused offers resume automatically) or pause offers yourself to choose which ones keep running.

I do not see the trial.

The trial is granted once per store. A store that already used it starts paying immediately.
